An Act Dividing Barangay North Bay Boulevard South (NBBS) in the City of Navotas into Three (3) Distinct and Independent Barangays to be Known as Barangay NBBS Proper, Barangay NBBS Kaunlaran and Barangay NBBS Dagat-Dagatan
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. Division of North Bay Boulevard South. - Barangay North Bay Boulevard South (NBBS) in the City of Navotas is hereby divided into three (3) distinct and independent barangays to be known as Barangay NBBS Proper, Barangay NBBS Kaunlaran and Barangay NBBS Dagat-Dagatan.
Section 2. Territorial Boundaries. - The territorial boundaries of each barangay created in the immediately preceding section shall be as follows:
(1)Barangay NBBS Proper
"Bounded on the Northeast (NE), pts. 1 to 11, by centerline of North Bay Boulevard;
On the Southeast (SE), pts. 11 to 19, by centerline of Estero de Muralla;
On the Southwest (SW), pts. 19 to 24, by Manila Bay; and
On the Northwest (NW), pts. 24 to pt. of beginning, by centerlines of entrance gate road, Navotas Fishport Complex and Lapu-Lapu Avenue;
The technical description of Barangay NBBS Proper is as follows:
Containing an area of 1,306,137.1468 square meters, mroe or less."
(2) Barangay NBBS Kaunlaran
"Bounded on the Northwest (NW), pts. 1 too 3, by centerline of Lapu-Lapu Avenue;
On the Northweast (NE), pts.1âwphi1 3 to 5, by centerline of Navotas River (Dagat-Dagatan River);
On the Northeast (NE) and Southeast (SE), pts. 5 to 19, by centerline of Estero de Muralla; and
On the Southwest (SW), pts. 19 to pt. of beginning, by centerline of North Bay Boulevard;
The technical description of Barangay NBBS Kaunlaran is as follows:
Containing an area of 613,127.2303 square meters, more or less."
(3) Barangay NBBS Dagat-Dagatan
"Bounded on the Northwest (NW), pts. 1 to 4, by centerline of Malabon River/Cut-off Channel;
On the Northeast (NE), pts. 4 to 8, by centerline of Martiniko St.;
On the Southeast (SE), pts. 8 to 11, by centerline of Lapu-Lapu Avenue;
On the Northeast (NE), pts. 11 to 15, by centerline of Dalagang Bukid St.;
On the Southeast (SE), pts. 15 to 17, by centerline of C-3 Road; and
On the Southwest (SW), pts. 17 to pt. of beginning, by centerline of Navotas River (Dagat-Dagatan River);
Section 6. Internal Revenue Allotment Shares. - All barangays herein created shall be entitled to Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA) shares pursuant to Section 285 of Republic Act No. 7160, as amended, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991.
Section 7. Effectivity. - This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its complete publication in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was passed by the House of Representatives on December 5, 2016, amended by the Senate on May 15, 2017, and which amendments were concurred in by the House of Representatives on May 30, 2017.
