AN ACT DECLARING AUGUST 11 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF ILIGAN, PROVINCE OF ISABELA IN COMMEMORATION OF ITS CHARTER DAY ANNIVERSARY TO BE KNOWN AS “ILIGAN CITY CHARTER DAY”

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. August 11 of every year is declared a special working holiday in the City of Ilagan, Province of Isabela in commemoration of its Charter Day Anniversary to be known as “Ilagan City Charter Day”. When the holiday fells on a Saturday or a Sunday, the special working day shall be observed on the Monday that follows.

SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
