Republic Act No. 10358

AN ACT DECLARING JULY 7 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL WORKING PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF CARCAR, PROVINCE OF CEBU TO BE KNOWN AS THE "CITY OF CARCAR CHARTER DAY"

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. July 7 of every year is hereby declared to be a special working public holiday in the City of Carcar, Province of Cebu to commemorate its founding day and to be known as the "City of Carcar Charter Day".

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
