AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF GUSA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY GUSA, CITY OF CAGAYAN DE ORO, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL TO GUSA REGIONAL SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL – X

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. Renaming of a National High School. – The name of Gusa National High School in Barangay Gusa, City of Cagayan de Oro, Province of Misamis Oriental is hereby changed to Gusa Regional Science High School – X.

Section 2. Location of the Main Campus. – The main campus of Gusa Regional Science High School – X shall continue to remain in its present location in Barangay Gusa, City of Cagayan de Oro, Province of Misamis Oriental.

Section 3. Effectivity. – This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
