PROCLAMATION NO. 480, February 22, 2024

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 28 FEBRUARY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SARRAT, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS, on 28 February 2024, Wednesday, the Municipality of Sarrat, Province of Ilocos Norte will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sarrat be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 28 February 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sarrat, Province of Ilocos Norte.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
