PROCLAMATION NO. 455, January 22, 2024

DECLARING THURSDAY, 25 JANUARY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROXAS, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, on 25 January 2024, Thursday, the Municipality of Roxas, Province of Oriental Mindoro, will celebrate the SIPAG Festival and Feast of Patron Sto. Niño;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Roxas be given full opportunity to participate in the foregoing occasion and enjoy their celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 25 January 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Roxas, Province of Oriental Mindoro.1aшphi1

The Department of Labor and Employment is hereby directed to issue the appropriate circular to implement this proclamation for the private sector.
