PROCLAMATION NO. 447, January 15, 2024

DECLARING SATURDAY, 10 FEBRUARY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BACOLOR, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA

WHEREAS, on 10 February 2024, Saturday, the Municipality of Bacolor, Province of Pampanga, will mark the celebration of its Foundation Day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bacolor be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 10 February 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bacolor, Province of Pampanga.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
