Proclamation No. 419, July 8, 1965

RESERVING FOR FISH CULTURE TRAINING CENTER SITE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CALAMBA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for fish culture training center site purposes under the administration of the Philippine Fisheries Commission, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey, a parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Barrio of Bukal, Municipality of Calamba, Province of Laguna, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

PROPOSED SITE FOR NATIONAL FISH CULTURETRAINING CENTER

A parcel of land (the Proposed Site for National Fish Culture Training Center), situated in the Barrio of Bukal, Municipality of Calamba. Province of Laguna. Bounded on SW., along line 1-2, Lot 3 of plan Li-V-175-D (Isabel Viñas) and Lot 2 of Psu-130833 (claimed by Rufino Chavez); on the NW., along line 2-3, by remaining portion of Psu-210572 (Quintin Paunlague) and Laguna Bay; on the NE., along line 3-4, by Laguna Bay; and on the SE., along line 4-5, by Laguna Bay and along lines 5-6-1, by Property of Angelica Belarmino (Li-V-175-D). Beginning at a point marked 1 on the attached Sketch Plan, being identical to corner 2 of plan Li-V-175-D, thence N. 41 deg. 50 min. W., 250.11 meters to point 2; thence N. 53 deg. 45 min. E., 600.00 meters to point 3; thence S. 41 deg. 45 min E., 180.00 meters to point 4; thence S. 48 deg 00 min W., 180.00 meters to point 5; thence S. 48 deg. 00 min. W., 210.00 meters to point 6; thence S. 48 deg. 00 min. W., 200.00 meters to the point of beginning; containing an approximate area of 127,425 Square Meters, more or less.

NOTE: Subject to change based on future surveys.

A strip of land twenty (20) meters along the bank of Bukal River and the outlets of the said river and an unnamed creek shall be excluded from the operation of this proclamation.
