Proclamation No. 411

REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 317, DATED SEPTEMBER 5, 1938, AND DECLARING THE LAND RESERVED THEREUNDER OPEN TO DISPOSITION.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-eight of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby revoke Proclamation Numbered Three hundred and seventeen, dated September fifth, nineteen hundred and thirty-eight, and declare the land reserved thereunder open to disposition under the provisions of the said Act.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Commonwealth of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done at the City of Manila, this eighth day of June, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and thirty-nine, and of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, the fourth.
