RESERVING AS SITES FOR THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL RED CROSS, BOY SCOUTS AND GIRL SCOUTS OF THE PHILIPPINES, AND THE PHILIPPINE TUBERCULOSIS SOCIETY, CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT, SITUATED IN THE CITY OF PASAY, ISLAND OF LUZON


Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, CARLOS P. GARCIA, President of the Philippines, hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve as sites for the Philippine National Red Cross, Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of the Philippines, and the Philippine Tuberculosis Society Hospital under the administration of the City of Pasay, subject to private rights if any there be, certain parcels of land of the private domain of the Government, situated in the City of Pasay, island of Luzon and more particularly described below, to wit:


Lot 1

(Red Cross Headquarters Site)


A parcel of land (lot 1 as shown on the attached sketch plan) situated in the City of Pasay, island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2, by M.R.R. Naic Line (abandoned) proposed Aurora Boulevard; along line 2-3 by lot 2 (Boy Scouts Headquarters site); and along lines 3-4 and 4-1, not indicated on the attached sketch plan. Beginning at a point marked 1 on the attached sketch plan, being N. 22° 00' E., 171.93 meters from B.L.L.M. 1, Maricaban, thence S. 16° 33' E., 30 meters to point 2; thence S. 73° 27' W., 33.34 meters to point 3; thence N. 16° 33' W., 30 meters to point 4; thence N. 73° 27' E., 33.34 meters to the point of beginning, containing an approximate area of 1,000 square meters.


Lot 2 

(Boy Scouts Headquarters Site)


A parcel of land (lot 2 as shown on the attached sketch plan) situated in the city of Pasay, island of Luzon. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by lot 3 (Girl Scouts Headquarters site); along line 2-3, not indicated on the attached sketch-plan; along line 3-4 by lot 1 (Red Cross Headquarters site); and along line 4-1 by M.R.R. Naic Line (abandoned) proposed Aurora Boulevard. Beginning at a point marked 1 on the attached sketch plan, being N., 38° 39' E., 130.46 meters from B.L.L.M. 1, Maricaban, thence S. 73° 27' W., 33.34 meters to point 2; thence N. 16° 33' W., 30 meters to point 3; thence N. 73° 27' E., 33.34 meters to point 4; thence S. 16° 33' E., meters to the point of beginning; containing an approximate area of 1,000 square meters.


Lot 3

(Girl Scouts Headquarters Site)


A parcel of land (lot 3 as shown on the attached sketch plan) situated in the city of Pasay, island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by M.R.R. Naic Line (abandoned) proposed Aurora Boulevard; along line 2-4, not indicated on the attached sketch plan; and along line 4-1 by lot 2 (Boy Scouts Headquarters site). Beginning at a point marked 1 on the attached sketch plan, being N. 38° 39' E., 130.46 meters from B.L.L.M. 1, Maricaban, thence S. 16° 38' E., 30 meters to point 2; thence S. 73° 27' W., 33.34 meters to point 3; thence N, 16° 33' W., 30 meters to point 4; thence N. 73° 27' E., 33.34 meters to the point of beginning, containing an approximate area of 1,000 square meters.


Lot 4

(T. B. Hospital and Clinic Site)


A parcel of land (lot 4 as shown on the attached sketch plan) situated in the city of Pasay, island of Luzon. Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2, not indicated on the attached sketch plan; along line 2-4, not indicated on the sketch plan; and along line 4-1 by M.R.R. Naic Line (abandoned) proposed Aurora Boulevard. Beginning at a point marked 1 on the attached sketch plan, being S. 30° 46’E., 154.45 meters from B.B.M. 8, thence N. 73° 28' E., 100 meters to point 2; thence S. 16° 32' E., 100 meters to point 3; thence S. 73° 28’ W., 100 meters to point 4; thence N. 16° 32' W., 100 meters to the point of beginning, containing an area of 10,000 square meters.
