Proclamation No. 408, June 18, 1994

DECLARING MONDAY, JUNE 20, 1994, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF DAGUPAN

WHEREAS, Monday, June 20, 1994, marks the 47th Charter Anniversary of the City of Dagupan;

WHEREAS, the people of the City of Dagupan wish to celebrate this milestone in their city's history with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Charter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Monday, June 20, 1994, as a special day in the City of Dagupan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 18th day of June, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and ninety-four.
