PROCLAMATION No. 402

DECLARING FRIDAY, 02 FEBRUARY, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS, Friday, 02 February 2018, the Province of Ilocos Norte marks the celebration of its 200th Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Ilocos Norte be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 02 February 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Ilocos Norte.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
