PROCLAMATION No. 401

DECLARING MONDAY, 02 JANUARY, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN

WHEREAS, on Monday, 22 January 2018, the City of Pagadian, Zamboanga del Sur marks the celebration of the 18th Pasasalamat Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Pagadian be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 02 January 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Pagadian.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
