PROCLAMATION NO. 360, October 11, 2023

DECLARING FRIDAY, 20 OCTOBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ANGELES, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA

WHEREAS, on 20 October 2023, Friday, the City of Angeles, Province of Pampanga will mark the opening day of the Tigtigan Terakan Keng Dalan Festival, a celebration of Angeles City's recovery from the Mt. Pinatubo eruption in June 1991;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Angeles to be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,  do hereby declare Friday, 20 October 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Angeles, Province of Pampanga.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
