DECLARING THURSDAY, 12 OCTOBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAMPLONA, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 12 October 2023, Thursday, the Municipality of Pamplona, Province of Negros Oriental will mark the celebration of the Yamog Festival and its annual fiesta;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pamplona be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, , LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R,. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 12 October 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pamplona, Province of Negros Oriental.
