PROCLAMATION NO. 325, August 18, 2023

DECLARING THURSDAY, 21 SEPTEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN MATEO, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, on 21 September 2023, Thursday, the Municipality of San Mateo, Province of Rizal will mark the celebration of its 451st Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Mateo be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R,. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 21 September 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Mateo, Province of Rizal.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
