PROCLAMATION NO. 296, July 20, 2023

DECLARING SATURDAY, 19 AUGUST 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANGONO, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, on 19 August 2023, Saturday, the Municipality of Angono, Province of Rizal, will mark the signing of its independence as a municipality from the Municipality of Binangonan, Rizal;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Angono be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 19 August 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Angono, Province of Rizal.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
