CREATING AND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED ALONG QUIMPO BOULEVARD, BARANGAY 40-D, POBLACION DISTRICT, DAVAO CITY, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PARK), PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a parcel of land, to be known as FELCRIS CENTRALE IT PARK, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations and PEZA Board of Directors Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution No. 04-295 (s. 2004) and 12-329 (s. 2012) and Resolution No. 21-342 (s. 2021), as a Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Park), located along Quimpo Boulevard, Barangay 40-D, Poblacion District, Davao City, with an aggregate area of Seventeen Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Four square meters (17,274 m2), more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 1, Pcs-112402-005813), being a portion of Lots B-5, Pcs-11-020448 and Psu-146708, situated in Quimpo Boulevard, Barangay 40-D, Poblacion District, City of Davao, Island of Mindanao.

Bounded as follows: on the SE., along lines 1-2-3-4 by the Old Course of Davao River; on the NW., along line 4-5 by Lot 5, Pcs-112402-005813 (Existing Road); on the NW., along lines 5-6-7 by Lot B-3, Psd-11-020448 (Quimpo Boulevard); and on the NE., along line 7-1 by Lot 3, Pcs-112402-005813.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan, being S. 20 deg. 29' E., 488.95 m. from Mon. No. 13, Davao Townsite:

thence S.71 deg. 20' W., 40.26 m. to point 3;

thence S.84 deg. 58' W., 114.45 m. to point 4;

thence N.50 deg. 54' E., 9.15 m. to point 5;

thence N.43 deg. 51' E., 132.73 m. to point 7;

thence S.46 deg. 14' E., 108.99 m. to the point of

beginning, containing an area of Seventeen Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Four square meters (17,274 m²), more or less. Corners 1, 4 and 7 are "P.S." cyl. conc. mons. 15x50 cm. and the rest are "Old P.S." cyl conc. mons 15x60 cm.; Bearings: True; date of original survey on 24 May 1936; and that of the subdivision survey dated 05 December 2013 and approved on 13 February 2014.
