PROCLAMATION NO. 277, June 30, 2023

DECLARING MONDAY, 14 AUGUST 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAGPET, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Magpet, Province of Cotabato, will mark the celebration of its 60th Founding Anniversary on 13 August 2023;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Magpet to fully participate in the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that 14 August 2023, Monday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 13 August 2023 which falls on a Sunday;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Magpet be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 14 August 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Magpet, Province of Cotabato.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
