PROCLAMATION NO. 194, March 27, 2023

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 21 JUNE 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROSARIO, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL SUR

WHEREAS, on 21 June 2023, Wednesday, the Municipality of Rosario, Province of Agusan del Sur will mark the celebration of the Araw ng Rosario and the Buyawan Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Rosario be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,   do hereby declare Wednesday, 21 June 2023, a special (non-workign) day in the Municipality of Rosario.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
