DECLARING THURSDAY, 16 MARCH 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROSELLER T. LIM, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY

WHEREAS, on 16 March 2023, Thursday, the Municipality of Roseller T. Lim, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay will mark the celebration of its 41st Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Roseller T. Lim be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,   do hereby declareThursday, 16 March 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Roseller T. Lim, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay.
