PROCLAMATION NO. 126, January 19, 2023

DECLARING THURSDAY, 02 FEBRUARY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MABALACAT, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA

WHEREAS, on 02 February 2023, Thursday, the City of Mabalacat, Province of Pampanga will mark the celebration of its 311th Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Mabalacat be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 02 February 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Mabalacat.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
