EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 91, October 16, 1967

FURTHER AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 660, DATED DECEMBER 23, 1953, AS AMENDED BY EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 54, DATED OCTOBER 7, 1963

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 6 of Republic Act No. 610, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Section 1 of Executive Order No. 660, dated December 23, 1953, as amended by Executive Order No. 54, dated October 7, 1963, to read as follows:

“Section 1. A board of three (3) members, composed of (1) a qualified physician, (2) a member of the Philippine Bar, and (3) a member who is well versed in veterans laws, rules, and regulations, under the direct supervision of the Administrator, Philippine Veterans Administration, is hereby created in the PVA. This Board shall be a full-time body and shall be known as the ‘PVA Disability Rating Board.'”

This Order shall take effect upon its approval.

Done in the City of Manila, this 16th day of October, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-seven.
