EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 740 October 2, 1981

AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 708 DATED JULY 27, 1981

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Section 23 of Executive Order No. 708 dated July 27, 1981, entitled "REORGANIZING THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT AND CREATING THE OFFICE OF THE PRIME MINISTER PURSUANT TO THE 1981 AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSTITUTIONS," by retaining the Philippine Amusements and Gaming Corporation under the Office of the President.
