EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 58, January 17, 1967

PRESCRIBING THE RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE GOVERNMENT OF CITY AND MUNICIPAL POLICE AGENCIES THROUGHOUT THE PHILIPPINES

By virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the Philippines and upon recommendation of the Police Commission, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby promulgate the attached rules and regulations for the government of city and municipal police agencies throughout the Philippines which shall be known as the Police Manual.

All Executive Orders, administrative orders, directives and rules and regulations, inconsistent with this Executive Order are hereby rescinded.

This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.

Done in the City of Manila, this 17th day of January, in the Year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-seven.
