EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 574, March 13, 1953

AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 542 DATED OCTOBER 28, 1952, REDUCING THE 1952 TAXES ON ALL REAL, PROPERTIES LOCATED IN THE PROVINCE OF ROMBLON.

The public interest so requiring, I, ELPIDIO QUIRINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the. powers vested in me by section 53 of Commonwealth Act No. 470, as amended by Commonwealth Act No. 534, and upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Finance, do hereby remit the 50 per cent of the 1952 taxes on all real properties located in the Province of Romblon on condition that all the unpaid taxes and penalties corresponding to 1951 and previous years and the remaining 50 per cent of the 1952 taxes shall be paid on or before May 31, 1953.

Executive Order No. 542, dated October 28, 1952, is hereby amended accordingly.

Done in the City of Manila, this 13th day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-three, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the seventh.
