EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 565, February 13, 1953

REDUCING THE 1952 TAXES ON ALL REAL PROPERTIES LOCATED IN THE CITY OF NAGA

The public interest so requiring, I, ELPIDIO QUIRINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Section 41 of Republic Act No. 305 and upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Finance, do hereby remit the 50 percent of the 1952 taxes on all real properties located in the City of Naga on condition that all the unpaid taxes and penalties corresponding to 1951 and previous years and the remaining 50 percent of the 1952 taxes shall be paid on or before May 31, 1953.

Done in the City of Manila, this 13th day of February, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-three, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the seventh.
