CONFERRING CABINET RANK UPON THE GOVERNOR OF THE LAND AUTHORITY

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby elevate the Governor of the Land Authority to the rank of a Member of the Cabinet, with all the rights, honors and privileges pertaining to that position.

Done in the City of Manila, this 7th day of January, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-six.
