EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 425, March 14, 1951

AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NUMBERED THREE HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT

Pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, ELPIDIO QUIRINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby designate the following officials to constitute the Deportation Board:

1. The Undersecretary of Justice	Chairman
2. The Solicitor General	Member
3. The Vice-Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines	Member

Executive Order No. 398, dated January 5, 1951, is hereby modified accordingly.

Done in the City of Manila, this 14th day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-one, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the fifth.
