EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 328, July 30, 1971

ADJUSTING THE BASE PAY OF PHILIPPINE MILITARY ACADEMY CADETS, PROBATIONARY SECOND LIEUTENANTS, AND 20-YEAR OLD TRAINEES OF THE ARMED FORCES OF THE PHILIPPINES

Pursuant to the authority vested in me by the Constitution in conjunction with Sections 31 and 92 of the National Defense Act, as amended, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby prescribe the following rates of monthly base pay for the personnel indicated hereunder, effective April 1, 1971:

Philippine Military Academy Cadets P290.00

Probationary Second Lieutenants 290

20-year old Trainees (Third Class) 60

The Secretary of National Defense shall promulgate rules and regulations to carry out the provisions hereof.

Done in the City of Manila, this 30th day of July, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-one, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the twenty-fourth.
