AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 313 DATED APRIL 23, 1971, CREATING A COTTAGE INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL AND A COTTAGE INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT ENTERPRISE

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Executive Order No. 313, dated April 23, 1971, so as to include the Director, Cooperatives Administration Office, as a member of the Cottage Industry Development Council created thereunder.

Done in the City of Manila, this 12th day of July, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-one.
