AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 251 DATED JULY 31, 1970, CREATING THE PRESIDENTIAL ACTION COMMITTEE ON LAND PROBLEMS

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Executive Order No. 251 dated July 31, 1970, by designating Small Farmers Commission Chairman Raoul H. Beloso as Action Officer of the Committee created therein, vice Undersecretary for Natural Resources Isosceles Pascual, who has retired.

Done in the City of Manila, this 4th day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-one.
