EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 263, October 02, 1970

CREATING A COMMITTEE TO STUDY THE FEASIBILITY OF ESTABLISHING A RESETTLEMENT AREA IN MONTALBAN, RIZAL

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby create a committee composed of the following:

Undersecretary Arturo Tanco	Chairman
Governor Conrado Estrella	Co-Chairman
Director of Lands	Member
Monsignor Mariano Gaviola or his representative	Member
PHHC General Manager Sebastian Santiago or his representative	Member

to study the feasibility of setting aside a portion of public land in Montalban, Rizal, for resettlement purposes of squatters and persons displaced from the metropolitan areas, and for the establishment thereon of cooperative farms and/or an industrial complex.

The committee shall submit its report and recommendation to the President as soon as possible, including the necessary draft of proclamation for the purpose.

Done in the City of Manila, this 2nd day of October, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy.
