EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 260-A February 20, 1996

AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 260 ENTITLED "ADJUSTING THE DIVIDEND RATES OF SELECTED GOVERNMENT OWNED AND/OR CONTROLLED CORPORATION ON THEIR 1994 EARNINGS PURSUANT TO SECTION 5 OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7656."

I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the power vested in me by law, do hereby amend Section 1 of Executive Order No. 260 dated July 14, 1995 entitled "Adjusting the Dividend Rates of Selected Government Owned and/or Controlled Corporations on their 1994 Earnings Pursuant to Section 5 of Republic Act No. 7656" by adjusting the dividend rate of the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System from thirty (30%) percent to twenty (20%) percent.

This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.
