EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 26, May 26, 1966

AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 236 DATED FEBRUARY 13, 1957, ENTITLED “PRESCRIBING PROCEDURES FOR THE PLANNING OF DEVELOPMENT FINANCES, THE ISSUANCE OF GOVERNMENT SECURITIES, AND THE DISBURSEMENT OF PROCEEDS.”

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Executive Order No. 236 dated February 13, 1957, so as to dispense with the participation of the Council of State in the implementation of said executive order. Accordingly, Section 2 thereof is hereby deleted, and any reference to the Council is eliminated. Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 of the executive order shall hereafter be known as Sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17, respectively.
