EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 15, July 30, 1962

DECLARING THE NABUNTURAN-MAINIT PARK ROAD, DAVAO PROVINCE, FROM KILOMETER 453.20 TO KILOMETER 467.67, A NATIONAL SECONDARY ROAD

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Public Works and Communications and pursuant to the provisions of section 26, Article VII, of Republic Act No. 917, in relation to Executive Order No. 113, series of 1955, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare the Nabunturan-Mainit Park Road, Davao Province, from kilometer 453.20 to kilometer 467.67, or a distance of 14.47 kilometers, a national secondary road.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 30th day of July, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-two.
