OPENING THE PORT OF STA. CRUZ, MARINDUQUE, AS A SUB-PORT OF ENTRY

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 702 of Republic Act No. 1937, and upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Finance, the Port of Sta. Cruz, Marinduque, is hereby created, opened and established as a sub-port of entry within the collection district of the Port of Batangas.

Done in the City of Manila, this 22nd day of May, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-eight.
