CONFERRING THE CABINET RANK UPON THE PRESIDENTIAL ASSISTANT FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT.

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby elevate the Presidential Assistant for Community Development to the rank of a Member of a Cabinet, with all the rights, honors and privileges pertaining to that position.

Done in the City of Manila, this 1st day of January, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-six.
