An Act Establishing a Municipal Hospital in the Municipality of Prieto-Diaz, Province of Sorsogon, to be Known as the Prieto-Diaz Municipal Hospital, and Appropriating Funds Therefor


Section 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services, a ten-bed municipal hospital in the Municipality of Prieto-Diaz, Province of Sorsogon, to be known as the Prieto-Diaz Municipal Hospital.


Section 2. The amount necessary for the construction and operation of the hospital not to exceed seven hundred fifty thousand pesos shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.


Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
