ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 77, August 04, 1967

CREATING A COMMITTEE TO STUDY A PROGRAM FOR THE PURCHASE OF MARES AND STALLIONS FOR BREEDING PURPOSES

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby create a committee to study a program in connection with the utilization of the 400,000 from the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office for the purchase of mares and stallions for breeding purposes.

The Committee shall be composed of the following:

1.	Mr. Anacleto Coronel
	Director of Animal Industry ............................................................	Chairman
2.	Gov. Manuel D. Barreto
	Chairman, Board of Director Charity Sweepstakes Office .................	Member
3.	Mr. Florencio Bagsit
	Philippine Horse Breeders Association ..............................................	Member

The Committee may call upon any department, bureau, office, agency or instrumentality of the government for such assistance as it may need to carry out its functions.

The Committee shall submit its report to the President as soon as possible.
